JUMBO & JUNIOR DOGS
Our jumbo & junior hot dogs are an 80% beef / 20% chicken combination. This allows a more flavorful and juicier product. Our Jumbo Dogs are the largest available on the market! The meat mixture allows those of several religious faiths to participate.
Ingredients: 80% Beef, 20% chicken, modified cornstarch, wheat flour, salt, spices, sodium nitrate, sodium erythorbate, garlic powder, smoke, traces of milk may be present.
HONEY HAM SMOKIES
These are perhaps our best seller. 100% pure ham with just a hint of honey flavored into the mixture. We do not allow mechanically separated meat or MSG into our products.
Ingredients: 100% pork shoulder, water, modified milk ingredients, honey, salt, spices, garlic powder, sodium nitrate & erythorbate, smoke.
JALAPENO & CHEDDAR SMOKIES
This product is for those who like a little kick to their dog! Developed with 100% real cheddar cheese and real Jalapeno peppers added to the meat mixture. 100% pure pork. Neither mechanically separated meat products nor MSG added.
Ingredients: 90% pork shoulder, 10% beef, water, cheddar cheese, Jalapeno, Soya, spices, salt, modified wheat flour, modified milk ingredients, sodium phosphate, nitrite, phosphate & erythorbate, smoke.
CHEDDAR SMOKIES
Over 1.5 oz of 100% real cheddar cheese in each sausage. Neither mechanically separated meats nor MSG added.
Ingredients: 90% pork shoulder, 10% beef, water, cheddar cheese, modified wheat flour, salt, spices, Soya, sodium phosphate, nitrite & erythorbate, modified milk ingredients, corn syrup solids, smoke.
ITALIAN CART SAUSAGE / BRATWURST SAUSAGE
Toronto-style, natural casing sausage with Italian spices and a little hint of heat. Delicious. The Bratwurst is a German classic with delicate flavouring.
Italian Sausage Ingredients: 100% pork, water, toasted wheat crumbs, salt, modified corn syrup, spices, sodium nitrite & erythorbate.
